Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)
1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. This Promotion is held at the Browns Plains Homemaker Centre at, 18 Commerce Drive, Browns Plains Queensland 4118 (‘Centre').
3. The Promotion commences on Monday 1 June at 9.00am and closes on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
4. To enter the Promotion, entrants must spend $50 or more in a single transaction at any retailer at Browns Plains Homemaker and complete an online entry form via a QRCode with their name, address, daytime telephone number, email address, transaction amount.
5. One entry per person per transaction only.
6. You must be over 18 years old to enter this competition.
7. The prize is a 5 x $1,000 Browns Plains Homemaker Gift Card and 30 x $50 Browns Plains Gift Cards.
8. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. The Winner of the $50 Browns Plains Homemaker Gift Card is determined at random every day from the 1 June to the 30 June at 5.30pm.
10. The Winner of the $1,000 Browns Plains Homemaker Gift Card is determined at random on Monday 8 June 5.30pm,
15 June 5.30pm, 22 June 5.30pm, 29 June 5.30pm, 30 June 5.30pm.
11. The Prizes will be drawn at Browns Plains Homemaker on Tuesday 9 June 2026, Tuesday 16 June 2026, 23 June 2026, 30 June 2026 and 1 July 2026. (“Draw”)
12. The Winners will be notified immediately following the draw by telephone. If unavailable, The Winner will be notified via email within two (2) working days of the Draw (“Winner”).
13. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to request The Winner provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize. The winner must also present the original receipt as proof of purchase during the campaign period.
14. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to announce and/or publish the Winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
15. The Winner is required to collect their prize from Centre Management at Browns Plains Homemaker during office hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
16. The draw if prizes are unclaimed will take place at the Centre 1 October 2026 at 9am [3 MONTHS AFTER INITIAL PRIZE DRAW].
17. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
19. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
20. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage, or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
21. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
22. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner. The Privacy Policy may be obtained at the Centre Management office or by visiting https://www.homemakergroup.com.au/browns-plains.

24. By opting in you hereby agree to have your data stored electronically for future marketing correspondence and promotions. Your personal data will not be shared with any additional parties not mentioned above and you may unsubscribe at any time.
25. The Following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
• Tenants of Browns Plains Homemaker Centre
• Employees of tenants of Browns Plains Homemaker Centre
• Contractors of Browns Plains Homemaker Centre and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e., spouses and children.
