Summer Season Spend & Win Competition

‍Terms and Conditions of Entry 

 “Spend & Win 19 January to 26 February”

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.  
   
   This Promotion is held at the Springvale Homemaker Centre at 917 Princes Highway, Springvale Victoria (‘Centre').

2. The Promotion commences on 10am Monday 19 January to Thursday 26 February 2026, ending 9.00pm and run only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday during trading hours. On the below dates
   
   Monday 19 January to Thursday 22 January 
   Monday 26 January to Thursday 29 January
   Monday 2 February to Thursday 5 February
   Monday 9 February to Thursday 12 February
   Monday 16 February to Thursday19 February
   Monday 23 February to Thursday 26 February
   
   Closes on Thursday 26 February, at 9.00pm.

3. To enter the Promotion, entrants must spend $80.00 or more at the Centre in a single transaction and complete an entry form via QR Code with their name, address, daytime telephone number and upload purchase of receipt.  All via QR Code.

4. One entry per person.

5. The prize is one of six Centre Wide Gift Voucher, valued at $300.00.  
   
   One $300 to be randomly drawn on the Friday following the week of trade Monday to Thursday.
   
   Monday 19 January to Thursday 22 January, one prize per week - (Monday to Thursday) to be drawn Friday 23 January
   Monday 26 January to Thursday 29 January, one prize per week - (Monday to Thursday) to be drawn Friday 30 January
   Monday 2 February to Thursday 5 February, one prize per week - (Monday to Thursday) to be drawn Friday 6 February
   Monday 9 February to Thursday 12 February, one prize per week - (Monday to Thursday) to be drawn Friday 13 February
   Monday 16 February to Thursday 19 February, one prize per week - (Monday to Thursday) to be drawn Friday 20 February
   Monday 23 February to Thursday 26 February, one prize per week - (Monday to Thursday) to be drawn Friday 27 February

6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Winners are determined at random. 

8. The Prize will be drawn at Springvale Homemaker Centre at 917 Princes Highway, Springvale Victoria

9. Winners will be notified in writing in accordance with Promotion terms (“Winners”).

10. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to request Winners provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.

11. If a Winner is under 18 years old, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or guardian. 

12. The provisional winner(s) will be notified in writing. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter. Any VIC winner of a prize valued at over $1,000 will have their name and postcode published on www.facebook.com.au/Springvalehomemaker and/or via Springvale Homemaker Centre’s  Instagram (if applicable) within fourteen (14) days of the draw date, for a period of twenty-eight (28) days.

13. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

14. Winners need to be available to collect their prize from Springvale Homemaker Centre between 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Prize must be collected within 28 days. 

15. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at the Centre 
16. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. 

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.

18. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded. 

19. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.

20. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion. 

21. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence. 

22. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.  The Promoter’s Privacy Policy may be obtained at http://homemakergroup.com.au/springvale/privacy-policy.  The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may access and correct their personal information, how entrants can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how the complaint will be handled.

23. The promoter is CBRE (V) A.C.N. 083 694 357 acting as agent for and on behalf of Calardu Springvale Pty Ltd A.C.N. 107 875 089 of A1 Richmond Road, Homebush West, New South Wales 2140, telephone number (03) 9544 6363 (“Promoter”).

24. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate and contractors and any other organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
